Ratings, on-time rates, completed deliveries and dispute history are visible on every profile. Bad actors get filtered out fast.

The more you verify, the more you can transact. Caps protect new members from walking into trouble before they have built reputation.

Community guidelines
The rules every member agrees to. Breaking them can mean a warning, a hold on payouts, or a permanent ban — depending on severity.
- Be accurate — about your route, capacity, item and condition.
- Communicate inside Packlink chat so we have the full picture if anything goes wrong.
- Upload the original receipt before marking an item purchased.
- Confirm the hand-off only after you have inspected the item.
- Treat every member with respect, regardless of language, religion or origin.
- Carry, request or list anything banned by Sri Lanka Customs.
- Move payments off-platform — once funds leave the escrow we cannot help.
- Share another member's phone number, address or photos publicly.
- Use multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, refunds or fees.
- Post hate speech, threats, sexual content or political incitement.
