One service fee. Everything else is free.

Posting, browsing, chatting and verifying are free for everyone. Packline only makes money when an order is funded — never on dormant accounts.

Service fee (buyer)

8%

of the order value (item price + traveller reward). No flat fee, no cap.

Traveller fee

0%

Travellers keep 100% of their reward + the cost of the item. We do not charge payout fees on LCC bank transfers.

Card processing

3.5%

PayHere card / wallet fee, passed through at cost. Bank transfers avoid this charge entirely.

Buyer wants a Dyson hairdryer from Dubai. Item price LKR 95,000.00, traveller reward LKR 8,000.00, paid by Visa.

Paying by bank transfer instead of card saves LKR 3,605.00 — the card-processing charge disappears entirely. The 8% service fee applies either way.
