Compare ratings, KYC badges, and prior deliveries side-by-side. Accept the offer that fits — only that traveler can carry your item.

Every traveler has NIC or passport KYC. The mint check means they have completed at least one delivery on time.

Item price + traveler reward + service fee — held by Packline, not paid out until you confirm receipt.

Traveler buys & shares proof

The traveler purchases your item overseas and uploads the receipt + a photo of the goods. Both appear in your order timeline.

If the price changes from your estimate, you're asked to approve the difference before they board. No surprises mid-flight.

Meet & verify

Meet anywhere in Sri Lanka — Colombo, Kandy, Jaffna, your doorstep. Inspect the item carefully before you tap confirm.

Don't confirm if anything looks off. The traveler stays paid only after your green light, so the leverage is on your side.

Confirm in-app, funds release

Tap "I received it" inside the app, attach a quick photo if you like, and rate the traveler. Escrow releases automatically.

You have a 7-day window to flag a dispute if the item is wrong or damaged. Otherwise funds settle to the traveler within 24 hours.

Enjoy what arrived

Unbox, smile, repeat. Your item is home — at the price you asked for, brought by someone who actually held it.

Loved it? Rebook the same traveler next trip, or share your delivery in the marketplace so others see what really comes through.
